The origin of Mediterranean-American Twist cuisine since he graduated in Culinary Arts from Kendal College Chicago USA, his style is therefore quite American. However, he also takes great pleasure in the naturally healthy food of the Mediterranean with all of its flavors and healthful ingredients. He has worked in top hotels and restaurants as well as Michelin-American-Mediterranean restaurants in Chicago before, an area of his expertise and preference. He planned that, when the time is right, he would go on a food tour to taste all the local Mediterranean dishes in order to truly understand the food, culture, and people in this area.

the journey begins

Food Journey : Inspired by Traveling The history of Fat Lamb all began from an inspiration to travel and taste various dishes in the Mediterranean region from Greece, Turkey, Southern Italy, Spain, France, the Middle East, all the way to North Africa, etc. It was a way of ensuring that Mediterranean cuisine was truly his style that represents him and also had to be the type of cuisine that fits well with the healthy food trend favored by people from around the world at the moment.

Healthy Food is on the rise ….. Today, a healthy trend for healthy living is for those who love and pay extra care to their health.
